A free tool that extracts structured data from your documents using AI — with privacy as the default.
What It Does
DocPrivy reads invoices, contracts, receipts, payroll slips, bank statements, shipping documents, and more. It extracts key fields, line items, and tables into structured data you can export to Excel, CSV, DOCX, PDF, JSON, or Markdown.
It also offers an OCR mode that extracts plain text from any document — useful for scanned papers, photos, and image-based PDFs.
Why We Built It
Extracting data from documents is a universal problem. Every business, accountant, and freelancer deals with it. Most existing tools either cost money, require accounts, or store your documents on their servers. We wanted something simpler: upload a document, get structured data, done. No sign-up, no storage, no strings attached.

Supported Documents
DocPrivy supports 12+ document types across multiple languages, including Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Thai, and Indonesian. The AI automatically detects the document type and language — no configuration needed.

DocPrivy is completely free. We sustain the service through non-intrusive advertisements. There are no premium tiers, no usage limits beyond rate limiting to prevent abuse, and no features locked behind a paywall.
